(Argentina, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Daniel Cuacci, Dayco Gaming Manager, was interviewed by SoloAzar with the aim to get to know the main challenges that the firm had to face one year after the beginning of the pandemic. He also shared his vision of the current situation in the gaming sector.

Dayco Gaming is an Argentine company with more than 20 years of experience in the market, formed by professionals in electronics and computer science specialized in entertainment products such as Casino Management Systems (On line), Credit Loading and Unloading Systems by Magnetic Cards , Fidelity systems, electromechanical and electronic roulette, different models of slot machines, accumulated jackpot systems, etc.
It was one of the pioneering companies in the development of electronic and electromechanical roulettes. Already in 1990 it developed the first random roulette and today the experience is observed in one of its latest products, the Dayco Roullete Nativa.
"I think the activity has not recovered yet, there are still many casinos that are working with capacity and now in the face of the new wave they have also closed again. It is very difficult for us to maintain the structure without income," says Cuacci, when asked by the news of the sector one year after the start of the pandemic.
Regarding the challenges that the company had to face throughout this period, he commented: "Teleworking was implemented as much as possible, in online we have no participation, and the company was practically closed for 10 months, so the main challenge it was to get the money to keep the jobs."
Then, he commented that it is difficult for him to make an assessment of the situation, due to the difficulties that the gambling sector is going through, which worsened with the arrival of the pandemic."It is very difficult to make an evaluation when the objectives were to try to survive, even before the pandemic the situation was difficult, due to the large number of Slovenian machines that invaded the market, sales conditions impossible to absorb, such as tests of 6 months and financing of 36 months, they came to destroy the little local industry".
